To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

4. Support & Updates

Access to technical support and product updates is provided for the duration associated with your account or subscription type, starting from the purchase date. If a subscription expires, you must renew to continue receiving support and updates.

5. Payments & Refund

We aim to deliver a smooth purchasing experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting pandahi.cc@gmail.com.

6. Subscription

Before purchasing, please review the subscription billing terms. You may cancel at any time within the app, or by emailing pandahi.cc@gmail.com at least three (3) days before the next charge date. Renewal charges are non-refundable.

7. Sharing of Data

We collect and retain only the minimum user data necessary to operate our Services and do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to provide core functionality (e.g., hosting or payments) under appropriate safeguards.
